This policy covers the website at PartynomPlay.com, operated from Rotterdam, the Netherlands, for the 2026 esports season. It is written in English, like the rest of the desk.
Who we are
The desk address is Schiedamsedijk 44, 3011 ED Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Privacy mail goes to desk@partynomplay.com. The phone line is +31 10 808 2026.
What this website collects
The pages you are reading do not ask you to create an account, do not contain a form, and do not run an advertising profile. We do not sell personal data. We do not build a marketing list from visits.
- If you email the desk, we keep that mail so we can answer it and, where it is a correction, so we can show what changed on a sheet.
- If you call, the call is not recorded as a product feature of this website.
- A host that serves the site may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, time, and the page requested, for security and reliability.
Why mail is kept
Press requests, roster locks, and score corrections are the work of the desk. The legal basis is the request you send us, or our legitimate interest in keeping an accurate public sheet. We do not use those messages to advertise other products.
How long
Match corrections are kept with the 2026 season file. Ordinary press mail is kept for the season and then deleted unless a dispute is still open. Server logs follow the host’s shorter operational window.
Who else sees it
We do not pass visitor data to sponsors. A technical host may process logs to keep the site online. If we are required by Dutch or European law to disclose information, we do that, and we say so when the law allows.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal data we hold about you from a message you sent. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority. Send the request to the desk address above. We may need to confirm that the inbox is yours.
Children
The desk is written for a general esports audience. It is not a service directed at children, and it does not ask for a date of birth because it does not open accounts.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The current version is 5 October 2026.
