Contact the desk
Write, call, or come to the Rotterdam room on a weekday. There is no form on this page. A named inbox is faster and leaves a record.
Call
Use the phone for a same-day door problem. Use mail for anything that needs a paper trail.
This week
5–10 October 2026 is a lock week. Apex Dune Cup rosters close on Friday 10 October at 18:00. After that, mail the circuit desk only for a documented emergency swap.
Circuit
Scores, locks, start times, and corrections. Put the stop name in the subject.
Press

Partners
Station suppliers and room partners. A placement is labelled on the page or it is not a placement.
Gear
Bench questions use the same circuit inbox, with the word station in the subject.
